Willie Neal House, Jr., 71, of Kountze, died Thursday, April 26, 2012, at Harbor Hospice, Beaumont. A native of Beaumont, he was born May 28, 1940, to Vanda Aline (Gaines) and Willie Neal House, Sr. A resident of Kountze most of his life, he was a school teacher with Kountze Independent School District for many years and retired as a counselor with Hardin Independent School District.
Survivors include his son, Cris House and his wife, Jennifer of Silsbee; grandchildren, Calee House and Cara House; sister, Connie House of Kountze, brother, Benny House of Kountze; nieces, Candace House, Stephanie Jackson, and Beneal House; and nephew, Ben House.
His funeral service will be 6:00 p.m. Sunday, April 29, 2012, at Broussard’s, 530 W. Monroe, Kountze. A gathering of his family and friends will begin at 4:00 p.m. until time of service. Cremation arrangements are being handled under the direction of Broussard’s Crematorium.
