Willie Neal House, Jr.

I will remember Mr House for his sense of humor. I can see his smile and he will be remembered. My prayers are with his family.

I never had the pleasure of having Mr House for a teacher but did meet him while I was his home health nurse. He loved teaching and we spent most of our visits talking about those "crazy kids" he had in class and on the bus.I won't mention any names but he never forgot them. My prayers go out to his family and friends.

My thoughts and prayers go out to the mr houses family he was a great man i met him in elementary school he was our counseler at hardin and i loved him he was the nicest friendliest person ever he will truly be missed and loved by many.....

I can honestly say that Mr. Neal was my all time favorite teacher in High School. He made class a joy to go to. He will be missed by many. Prayers and thoughts are with his family at this time when they have lost such a gift of having him be a part of their lives.

May God Bless the Family. Mr House was truly a very kind and honorable man.

Although Mr. House never taught me, I was in high school when he worked there, and I always respected him highly. He was my favorite and most fun bus driver ever! I will always remember "the bump" on my cousins' (Simon Charles, Roy Glenn, and John Paul) long, dirt road. His family had been connected to mine for many years. His dad,Mr. Neal, Sr. was the KISD superintendent for many years. His mother, Mrs. Aline, was an inspiration to me in many ways during my high school years as my English teacher, librarian, and friend. While entrusting me to keep her library when she was called to meetings, she would always give me a push toward being a school teacher. I am sure this same guidance was given to Mr. Neal House, Jr. that he passed on to us students at KISD. (senior 1970)

To Mr House's family; he was my Texas History teacher in high school as well as my bus driver; his mother was a great mentor to me; she chose me as her library aide for two years in junior high and one year in high school before she moved; Mr House and I often talked about her; he was a fine man and will be missed; May God give all of you peace and comfort in this time of need

Neal was a friend and coworker. We worked diligently on projects together. He had the best sense of humor and an unending gift of affirming others. He was a wonderful role
model to his students. His own life experiences made him one of the wisest men I've known. He could write the most wonderful words to express himself. He will be missed by so many.
