To the family of Nora Dean "Momma" Kilgore, How do I start to tell you how much she meant to me as a loving carring woman, a woman of devout faith, a woman of such knowledge of our Catholic faith, a prayer warrior, a CCD teacher and then and R.C.I. A. teacher. She enjoyed taking all the classes the Diocese presented to continue to learn more on her faith too. Traveling to these classes and to Chrismatic confrences all over Texas and Louisiana. Nora Dean blessed me with such love and joy, kindness and genuine friendship and helped me become a better Christian and Catholic too. My regret is that I didn't visit her while in the hospital or nursing home because I kept thinking I would have more time with her. I know she forgives me and loves me still. She is clapping her hands in the air and singing words of praise and glory to God in his highest. I will miss her so much and I know there are so many people that are going to miss too. Love ya momma, you have earned your wings and gentle peace with our Lord. Sharon Monday, May 20, 2013 |
