My dearest Mother,

Words can never convey how my heart is broken over your passing. I miss you so much. I did not know one could cry, as much as I have this past week. I find myself thinking of something I need to let you know, picking up my cell phone dialing your cell number, only to find that your number is ringing in my bedroom. It is something I did on a daily basis, even when you were in ICU. I'm sure I'll find myself doing this for awhile. Mother, you were the greatest mother and a great friend, too. Your love, kindness, and generosity will always be greatly appreciated. You were such a lady, too. I learned so many valuable things from you: do not let bitterness and unforgiveness remain in my heart; show kindness and love to all; be faithful and carry out all promises made. Thank you, for your love, mercy and patience toward me. I love you, Mother and miss you very much. One day we will be reunited.

Ms. Kilgore, You always had a ready smile, encouraging words of wisdom and a spirit that was so full of God our Father. This world will truly be at a loss without you, but God will truly be blessed with you, with your love of him and your love of life.

Peace Be With You,

We will never forget you, thank you for the blessing of knowing you! For all the goodies over the years, for staining the wood in our kitchen, for all your letters to Steve during Iraqi war. Most of all for the legacy of a prayer life that you taught us with the Holy Spirit. Kick off your shoes, kick up your feet and unfold your wings!
