I'm so sorry for your loss. He was such a good person. I'm sure that Daddy and Denver are telling their stories in Heaven. I pray for your comfort and peace during this time. Love, Charlotte Monday, July 30, 2012 |

Knowing 'Uncle' Denver brought a special joy to my life. Wish were more like him in this world! His passing leaves a huge void in the lives of all who lives had been blessed by knowing him! Monday, July 30, 2012 |

Always a smile and firm handshake. Every the true gentleman and example for all of us "young" scout leaders. Denver orchestrated my first trip to Philmont Scout Ranch in 1978. He had all of the 135 members of the Three Rivers Council Contingent meet at the Tooth Ridge Camp. I will always remember him standing on a tall rock getting us lined up to hike down to the base camp in one long line. He looked like Moses delivering the tablets. It was an impressive site. What a fine man. Monday, July 30, 2012 |
