I had the great pleasure of working with Don 5 days a week for 14 years. He was a great teacher. What amazed me the most about this man is, as intelligent as he was.... he learned something new each day too, or strived to learn something new. You had to learn from Don. He made it easy.
Just being around him made us all better people. His laugh and smile warmed the hearts of many. I'm going to really miss him and his dedication.

It is hard to describe the influence of Don on my life. I know that I would not be where I am, doing the job I do today if he hadn't started C&D. He difinitely gave us something to aspire to. He will be missed, but we have an earnest, eager expectation that we will see him again in heaven. May God bless and comfort his family.

I would like to offer my condolences to the family. Clearly, he was a well loved and well respected man. I only wish I had been able to meet him before his passing.

Don as a friend, a mentor, a leader, an engineer, a business man, and Christian, always exhibited an extraordinary gift of understanding, problem solving, and solution. He also was warm caring, loving and could warm your soul with his charm grace, and affection. He will live with in us forever and is a prime example of human greatness. Heaven will be a better place with Don.
