Wesley Don Cawley

Lisa Dalton (Beaumont, TX)

There are no words to truly express my respect and admiration for Don. He led by example and encouraged us all to become better people just with his presence. He was a brillant man, but very humble and caring for others. Our lives are forever changed because we had the privilege to know Don. It was a honor to work for him and with him. My prayers to the family as this is a tremendous loss.

Mr. Cawley was a special man to a lot of people. He taught me so much, not only about work but about life. I respected him because he respected others. I feel that I was able to accomplish things because he encouraged greatness from you. He demanded that whatever you do, do it to the best of your ability. He was honest and sincere. I always knew where I stood with him. There was no doubt that when something went wrong he knew what happened and what needed to be done to get it right. When something was right, he would give credit where due.

I know the business community will miss what he did and stood for, I can only imagine what loss will be felt within the family. My prayers go out to each and every one of the family members. May you feel God’s comfort and grace as you deal with this loss. There is no doubt about his faith in God and we can all draw comfort in knowing that he is resting in God’s care. Thank you Don for your faith and the life you lead with courage and strength, helping others and leading the way for all of us to follow.

What a great picture of Don. He was always smiling and seemed happy with life and everyone and everything in it.
I will miss you.
To Don's family - I'm sure you already know that Don was liked and loved by everyone who knew him - but I just have to remind ya'll of this. My prayers are with you in your time of loss.
