Sterling and I have been long time friends...Graduating from South Park High School together in 1965...We were together Tuesday evening planning a celebration of the 65th birthdays of the Class of '65...How glad we are that we were together!!! We will miss Sterling with us but are so grateful that we have had the last few years to renew and deepen friendships. All of us who knew Sterling are so pleased that in recent years he had become so faith filled, had formed some very meaningful friendships, and had become more involved with us who have been longtime friends. We will miss him but we will never forget him and we are comforted by the fact that he is with his God...Rest in peace, dear friend... Friday, June 15, 2012 |

Sterling was a friend and fellow classmate of mine at South Park High School, Class of 1965. I am so thankful to have known him, he had many trials and disappointments in his life but he had overcome these and had become a witness to many. I know he is at peace and has a special place in Heaven for the witness he was to others. Rest in Peace, friend. Thursday, June 14, 2012 |
