We are so sorry for your loss. I worked with Mark at the Refinery and he will be dearly missed. We followed his blog from the begining and prayed for him the whole journey. He is walking now with our Father, preparing a place for us to join him when God calls. Our thoughts and prayers and now you, his family. Alan & Susan Friday, May 28, 2010 |

I wish there was something I could say to ease your pain. I know time must feel like it is standing still, that you wish for one more day, one more word and one more touch. We may not understand why Mark was chosen to leave this earth so soon or before you were ready to say good-bye, but little by little, you will not only remember why he died but that he lived. And that his life gave memories too beautiful to forget. As you comprehend this profound loss lean on your friends and family for strength, and always remember how much you are cared about. It's okay to call me and I’ll just be there if you want to cry, be sad or angry. I found this poem that I want to share; God saw you getting tired and a cure was not to be. So He put His arms around you and whispered "come to me." With tearful eyes we watched you, and saw you pass away. Although we loved you dearly, we could not make you stay. A golden heart stopped beating, hardworking hands at rest. God broke our hearts to prove to us, He only takes the best. I know Mark is with his heavenly father and having the best reunion with his parents. We love you all! Friday, May 28, 2010 |

There really are no words to describe the passing of such a great guy like Mark. There really aren't. He always wore such a charming smile, a mischievous twinkle in his eye and had a wonderful upbeat personality. Our hearts, thoughts and prayers are perpetually with the Hidalgo family. We are all better for having known Mark. Friday, May 28, 2010 |
