Memaw, Thank you for fighting. You were such a strong, intelligent woman. You have taught us all so much about family and how to love. I'm so glad that I was able to know you and to have you as a part of my life. I'm so happy for you. I am so happy that you are no longer in pain and that you have joined Aunt Marie in Heaven. It is so hard to let such an amazing person go but it will be easier knowing you will be in great company. We will all be working hard here to get to where you are. We all love you so much.

Meemaw,

I miss you so much already! However, I know you are in a much better place and not in pain anymore. Know you are in Heaven reuniting with love ones who you haven't seen in way too long. So many wonderful memories I have of you. I miss the days when we used to come out to "the land" as a kid, play in the "church" you raked for us that even had steps to the alter. The trails used to be so much fun and you spent so much time making them for us providing hours of endless entertainment for us kids. I miss hanging out at the Country Corner Resale Shop, watching you and Aunt Marie play Scrabble with the smell of freshly brewed coffee in the air. My sisters and I helping out and looking at all the resale items you and Aunt Marie collected from your garage sale adventures. I miss the annual Christmas party that you always had and no matter how old we got you made sure us kids got a goodie bag with Christmas Tree snack cakes and Christmas goodies. Meemaw, you were an amazing woman and you will be greatly missed!

Oh my grammaw. So glad that she's in heaven with Aunt Marie, and everyone else. I know she's seeing all the places now she never got to in life, and watching over all of us, and hopefully putting in a good word or two for each one of us!
