My thoughts and prayers go out to the Shrontz family. Dr. Shrontz was such a sweet man. It was always fun to work in his room. No matter what was going on, he was always upbeat. He fought harder than anyone I've ever known. He loved his profession and his family dearly. He will always be remembered with the fondest of thoughts. Saturday, January 23, 2010 |

In 2004 is was experiencing severe back pain. I had been going to a local bone clinic for almost a year when a friend told me a about Dr. Shrontz. On the first visit he ran the proper test which revealed that I had cancer in my back. He sent me to M. D. Anderson where I was treated. I have been cancer free for five wonderful years. I owe my life to Dr. Shrontz. I will never forget him. His family will always be in my prayers. Saturday, January 23, 2010 |
