Laurel and girls I wish you peace and comfort in this time of sorrow. But things do get better a day at a time. And if I can help with anything please call. My love is with you always.

Dear Laurel,
We are thinking of you and the girls. Will be praying for ya'll. Dr. Shrontz will be sorely missed by all those who knew him and loved him. And that is basically it, if you knew him then you loved him. He was always smiling, joking, kind, caring and compassionate. He was a physician, a surgeon, a friend, an encourager, and a teacher. Oh and a rancher! We always looked forward to seeing him when he made rounds and you could always count on him. Kristina Bedair DeVillier

Don & Marcy Barrington (Weatherford, TX)

Laurel & Family,

Your husband and father was a wonderful person as well as a very skillful surgeon. He saved my husband's life by performing brain surgery after a seven foot fall. He re-assured me that my husband was going to be all right and made me believe him. He made a difference in our lifes. To this day, we are very grateful to have known Dr. Carl E. Shrontz. We are so sadden to hear of your loss.
