Our thoughts and prayers are with the Glass' family. May this Bible verse bring comfort -
Psalm 18:2 The Lord is my rock, and my fortress, and my deliverer; my God, my strength, in whom I take refuge; my shield, and the horn of my salvation, and my high tower.

I have known Charles and his family in Mt. Pleasant for many years. He was so proud of his three daughters and their families. He had many good friends and will be missed by us all.

Dear Stephie, Erik and family, we send you our most sincere condolences at this sad time. As someone told me when my Dad passed, you didn't lose him, we know where he is. Your Dad will be with you forever. Take care, and have a safe trip back to the cul-de-sac. Rick & Patty Thursday, January 7, 2010 |

Please accept my heartfelt sorrow for the loss of your beloved Charlie. He and I worked together for quite a few years in the Lafayette Office and he was indeed a very dear friend of mine. We kept in touch throughout the years through phone calls and emails. He made quite a few trips to Lafayette to have lunch with our little Gulf States Group that meets every couple of months. The last time I saw Charlie was at a luncheon in Lake Charles. He was looking so well. I spoke with him over the phone right before he began his 2nd treatment and he sounded so good. He told me how well he felt and he was so encouraged with the results following his first treatment. I will miss him but we have to believe he's in a better place. May God Bless His Family during this trying time. Thursday, January 7, 2010 |
