To the family and friends of Jerrel, Jerrel was a co-worker at Silsbee High School. He was known to be honest and fair with the students and this was what made him respected by not only the students but also the other staff of Silsbee High School. His ability to reach his studnets through his classes will be missed. Our thoughts and prayers are with you in this time of sorrow. God Bless you. Friday, October 16, 2009 |

Mrs. Swan, Jeremy & Family,
I would like to express my most sincere sympathy. Mr. Swan wasn't just my former teacher, he was a good friend and mentor. He was always available to his former students, even after they graduated by answering questions over the phone or going out to their job site. Now, I'm teaching, what he taught me and I try to be equally available to my students, like he was to us. He will be greatly missed, but because he touched so many lives through his kindness and education he will live for generations to come. May God bless.
