I had the privilege to work with Jerrel the last three school years. I considered him a friend. He was a great example of a gentlemen and a teacher. He was a person the students looked up to and they respected him. They appreciated his knowledge and the way in which he could relay the information for them to understand the working concepts. He will be deeply missed here at Silsbee High School.
