I cannot express ny grief to the family of one of the most loving women I have known. I have such fond memories of "growing up" in the Helms household. Papa Bear was not as gruff as he pretended (although I was not sure at the time). But Dorthy was always chipper, with a smile on her face, and would sneak David and I $ 5.00 to cruise about town. (Hey that was a lot of money in the early 60's, and it came out of her beautician money.) I always loved your mother from Beaumont to Sherman. I lovge you all and miss her as you do. Judy, when I got back to going to church regularly, your voice is what kept me coming back, and I thank you for that. I truly am sorry about your mom, I know how hard it is going to be to deal with your loss. I truly am greatful for her giving you to us...I, and so many other people love you dearly and think so much of you. YSIC, Donna Forgas Sunday, September 20, 2009 |
