My grandmother was a wonderful lady full of joy and love for everyone. My fondest memory of her is when I was 9 or 10. She and I were on our way somewhere (she was driving) and we saw a man with a "please help-need money" sign. His family and all their belongings were in a stationwagon behind the man. Grandmother said, "Let's go buy them some food". So she and I went to the Market Basket grocery store and she bought them several non-perishable grocery items and we delivered them to the family. I think to her it was no big deal, but to me it was the model of how Jesus is and wants us to be. Friday, September 25, 2009 |

David,
We are never ready to loose our Mothers but we rejoice with you that for your Mother to be absent the body is to be present with our Precious Lord Jesus, Please know that we will continue to lift you and your family up in prayer as you grieve the loss of one so dear. We pray that you will experience the real peace from God that passes all human understanding and that you will be drawn closer to the Lord now that both your parents are with Him.
