I was privileged to know Judge Flores very well. First, I practiced law with him at two separate times. I prosecuted cases under him in City of Beaumont Municipal Court. I also defended cases in his court in County Court at Law No. 2. Judge Flores had true judicial temperament. He was respected by all, litigants, citizens, etc.He will be greatly missed.
