Vera, your laugh always made me smile. And your fig preserves always made Leonce smile! We love you and will miss you.

I am so sorry for your loss. Mrs Vera was so sweet and kind, with a smile that filled up her face and the hearts of anyone who talked with her.
My prayers and thoughts will be with you all.

To the Harmon and George Families:
I am truly sorry about your lose. Vera was one of the most kindest and considerate persons that I ever knew.. I was a grade behind her at East Chambers but I remember that she always had that beautiful smile of hers . I know that when our Heavenly Father called her home, that Heaven's Gates busted wide and let another great and beautiful angel in. God only chooses the most beautiful flowers for His bouquet so therefore He chose Vera. She will always be watching over you from Heaven and her spirit will live on forever. Go Rest High On That Mountain Vera.
Families, you are in my thoughts and prayers.

My thoughts and prayers are with all of the families of Vera. I enjoyed working with her at Gulf Coast Bank and shared many funny incidents. Her smile and good humor will be greatly missed. My friend, rest in peace.
