Dear Charles and Giglio Family:
I just wanted to take a moment to offer my sincere condolences on the passing of your Dad.,
Below are my views of J.C.Giglio :
1) The J.C. Giglio I knew had great courage. He was never afraid to speak out against the status quo and conventional wisdom. I was in many a meeting with him during the local Wholesale Beer Distributors meetings and everyone always knew where he stood.........
2) The J.C. Giglio I knew had amazing wisdom. He always knew his subject matter - - and could always defend it…..
3) The J.C. Giglio I knew had conviction. He always felt strong about his ideas, no matter what anyone else thought.
4) The J.C. Giglio I knew had clarity. His message was typically simple, concise and easily understood…..
5) And the J.C. Giglio I knew had credibility. He dang sure knew how to walk the walk and talk the talk.
No one had more compromising integrity than my friend, J.C.. He always thought with discipline and honesty. He could sort through flattery, through politics and could always see things as they truly were.
He was a most remarkable man. I always viewed J.C. as incredibly competent, very caring and amazingly confident.
J.C. reminds me of the following: The boss drives people; the leader coaches them. The boss depends on authority; the leader on good will. The boss inspires fear; the leader inspires enthusiasm. The boss says 'I'; the leader says 'we.' The boss fixes the blame for the breakdown; the leader fixes the breakdown. The boss says 'go'; the leader says 'let's go!'
J.C. was a real leader…….a true friend……….and a wonderful husband and father, grandfather and great grandfather.
My thoughts and prayers are with ALL of you.
Warmest Regards,
David Frank Monday, April 28, 2014 |

Mr. Giglio was the most gracious, and pleasant man . I was a bartender in Beaumont for some 14 years, he came to every bar and restaurant I ever worked in. He promoted his product, and a whole lot of good will. He was fun, everyone loved him, and he will be sorely missed. My sympathy to his family, and close friends. Monday, April 28, 2014 |

I had so much respect for Mr. Giglio. I was in SME with him for years and he was a good friend. He was always so pleasant. What a work ethic he had. He will always be remembered by all of us who knew him.
