What though the radiance which was once so bright Be now for ever taken from my sight, Though nothing can bring back the hour Of splendour in the grass, of glory in the flower, We will grieve not, rather find Strength in what remains behind; In the primal sympathy Which having been must ever be; In the soothing thoughts that spring Out of human suffering; In the faith that looks through death, In years that bring the philosophic mind. ~Splendour in the Grass by William Wordsworth Saturday, January 18, 2014 |

Donna, My heart aches for you and the. Girls. I have known Tommy for so many years. He was one of the 12 that started the Golden Triangle Chef's Association. He delivered the first Chaine des rotisserie dinner at the holidome. Over the last 24 years he was my "go to " for our ice carvings. I watched his professional career soar and worked with him on so many dinners for charity . And when the Beaumont Country Club had a swim team, I saw him as a Dad cheering on his girls at swim meets. We jumped at the chance to have him work for us. My family and staff are so sadden by his loss. We loved him, Debbie Saturday, January 18, 2014 |
