Although a really tough week, I had the honor of assisting my sister, John's wife, through this difficult situation. On behalf of the family, I want to thank everyone who knew John Wayne (we called him Wayne) and have gone the extra mile in helping us. Especially to MLB Consulting for taking so much of the load off us by taking care of every detail... I don't know all the people that helped but the persons I had the privilege of interacting with... Greg, Lee Don, and Tyler... you guys rocked and words just simply aren't enough but "Thank You!" from the bottom of our hearts. To all the others that have taken time to time to check in on Tolece and the girls, bring them everything they needed, and sent kind words, thank you. May everything you have done be returned to you 100 fold. God bless each and everyone of you.

We were so proud of our little brother - so loving, smart & good looking. August-Brooks Reunion was our last time together -It will never be the same- He cooked his famous delicious brisket. He called his big brother a lot, especially over the truck incident. He ws so proud of his new job, new truck, and the owner of his company in North Dakota. We are 18 years older than Wayne - yet so close. He was a true
precious brother and he did not mind showing his love to his family. Always bragging on his beautiful girls and saying that's the "brooks" in them. The Brooks Family will always
miss and love "OUR LITTLE BROTHER JOHN WAYNE BROOKS"
