Rick,

I am deeply sadden by the lost of Karl, I know in my heart that he was truly loved, there are no words to express the loss of loved one... you guys were a great couple and lite up eveyrone's life that you touch and knew. I have many fond memoires of all us going to Natchez Ms, the beach and years ago i knew Karl when he was at his finest doing such wonderful shows.. "should have been in Vegas" but, he just want to share his life with family and friends.

May God give Rick and Family strength thru this very difficult time......Love Always Margaret

My prayers are with you during this time. Karl never knew a stranger and was always extending his friendship to others. He has gone to brighten heaven's gates and will be greatly missed. His smile could light up your heart!

Dearest loved ones of Karl - Though I have not seen Karl in many years, just seeing his smile in the photos consumed me with the joy of his presence. He had that "thing", the "x" factor, the human warmth, wittiness, and kindness. And performances out of this world. I remember one particular rendition of "Crazy" where he was crawling across the floor on his belly and forearms, a class act. Oh, and "Dark Lady"... and I remember him sitting quietly with a dog or two and actually listening to what others had to say. He was listening, aware. I am so sorry for your loss in body, my his spirit join with yours and soar. We were blessed.

we who live on are better for knowing Carl. Caring, genuine, and a little 'in your face' when you needed a reality check...i knew him as a great cosmetician, entertainer, and friend, of which these pages prove he had many...i so loved his powerful transformation performances, and could always see him happy at play...surely a great loss for us all.
