Carrie Suzanne Budd Naas

My thoughts and prayers are with the family at this time. Carrie's light will always shine bright in her memory. She gave a good fight and will remain an inspiration to all that knew her. Rest in Peace Carrie as you travel in God's hands on your way home.

To the Bubb & Nass Families : There aren't words to express the way we all feel about the loss of such a truly great & brave woman . She was a bright & courageous person. She was so many things to so many people . Carrie Budd Nass will be missed by everyone she ever met ! My heart goes out to you all. To Heaven's Newest Angel , We all miss you great smile . Gone but never forgotten , Our beloved CBN !

Carrie was taken way to early from her loved one's and her love of family and life itself. There need not be a light bulb on when Carrie entered a room becuase her light from her heart shined everywhere she went! I pray today for the peace that passes all understanding and that you all feel God's loving arms around you! Mr and Mrs Budd....you raised a wonderful young woman, wife and mother, Jonathan...Carrie is one of a kind and I pray for your peace...Will and Lauren know that your mom loved you beyond comprehension....every conversation began and ended with you two!! Carrie...see you in heaven it is a much sweeter place today!!

I met Carrie when we were 11 years old, and I have always remembered her fondly. I have remembered her wonderful fun spirit and humor. She was such a popular girl, who was nice to me, when it wasn't 'cool' to do so. I have always been thankful. Her bright light will be missed by the world.

Although Carrie and I only met a short time ago, she made such an impact on my life and how to deal with illness. We met at MD Anderson in the waiting room, she was anticipating her first appointment and I was there for a check-up having already gone through treatments. All it took was to overhear her telling someone she was from Beaumont, told her I was from Beaumont and it became instant friendship! We talked and I knew she was an extraordinary person who I wanted to know better! She will never be forgotten. My heartfelt love and prayers go to Jon, Lauren, Will and the Naas and Budd families.

Carrie you will be missed!!!!! I always loved the way you made me laugh and smile.....

It is with profound sadness that we mourn the passing of our courageous and beloved angel and friend, Carrie.

Carrie was a treasured member of our “Gift of Life” family and a continual source of inspiration and joy.

Carrie will always be remembered for her illuminating smile, her grace and kindness, and most especially her keen wit and humor that brought laughter and love to everyone.

We extend our deepest sympathy and loving prayers to Carrie's husband, Jonathan, her precious children, Lauren and Will, and to all those whose lives she blessed.
