She was such an amazing inspiration to me, her love of life and humor were how we all should live everyday. This world has had a great loss, but Heaven has surely gained a Beautiful Saint.

Carrie amazed me as she fought her illness. She faced it with courage, bravery and humor. She used humor not to help herself during her ordeal, she used humor to help her family and friends during her ordeal.

I was honored to call Carrie my friend. She will be greatly missed by all . She had such a positive impact on so many lives. My thoughts and prayers are with all of her family and friends at this time. I will not dwell on her death but will remember her life. She was the epitome of grace under pressure.
