Charlotte Collins Brooks

Dearest family...our hearts are broken. Charlotte was such a special lady and will be so very missed by all who knew and loved her. Please know that you are in my thoughts and my prayers. I will always remember her beautiful smile, her graciousness and her genuine concern for others. May you feel God's presence with you now and always. Paula

My mom and Jack Brooks were cousins. I feel sure she would have wanted me to express condolences to the Brooks family upon the death of Charlotte Brooks.

Charlotte Brooks made quite an impression on me in my early years working for the Brooks' family at First Bank & Trust. So lovely. So professional. So successful and yet easy to be around. She always made each employee feel important. When I think of Charlotte, I think of the word "graceful". I was in awe of her. She is someone I will remember always.

To the family, my wife and I send our love and our gratitude for the many years in Washington spent with two fine people. Our thoughts are with you at this difficult time.

Brooks family, I am very saddened to know that my dear friend and neighbor has passed away. I know that she is no longer suffering and that does bring me comfort. I will miss our daily phone calls and trips to the grocery store for each other. She was a very beautiful lady and I have been blessed to know her.
