Joe was the most kind,caring,loving man. He touched my life and my daughters in everyway. His memories we will forever cherish and will always have a special place in my heart. He is dearly missed. He will never be forgotten and will always be loved.

Steven and I were just talking about how we missed Joe and were going to make it a point to see him this week. It will be just a delay on our reunion! Love to all and condolences.
