We were saddened to hear of Joe's passing. He was always there with a smile whenever you would see him. We are praying for the Radley family and send you hugs and love from the Runnels family.

Joe always had a minute to say hello and make you laugh. I remember visiting him with my daughter when he had his accident. I will be praying for peace for you Lois and your family.
