Eloise Clymer Wallace

Eloise Clymer Wallace, 74, of LaBelle, died Sunday, August 25, 2013. She was born in Anahuac, on December 16, 1938, to Beatrice Alice and Charley B. Clymer, and had been a resident of LaBelle for fifty-five years. Eloise devoted her life to caring for her family as a homemaker.

She is survived by her daughters, Melani E. Maxwell of Beaumont; Suzanne K. Block and her husband, Kevin, of Vidor; and Janet L. Mouton of Beaumont; twin sister, Louise Laskoskie and her husband, Delbert, of Anahuac; and sister, Juanita Hutsell of Fort Worth; brother, Charles B. Clymer and his wife, Marge, of Hawkins; grandchildren, Douglas Maxwell and his wife, Krystal, of Nederland; Tanna Kaye and her husband, J. D. Larson, of Beverly Hills, California; Jaclyn Parmer of Jacksonville, Florida; Janna Connor and her husband, Josh, of North Little Rock, Arkansas; David L. Parmer of Yuma, Arizona; D’Anna Mouton of Beaumont; Ashley Parmer of Longview; and Shanna Mouton of Beaumont; great-grandchildren, Halen, Zoey, Corbin, Addison, Alex, Allen, and Alem; and a host of nieces and nephews.

Eloise is preceded in death by her parents; husband, David E. Wallace; daughter, Dana Jean Parmer; and son-in-law, Douglas E. Maxwell.

A gathering of Mrs. Wallace’s family and friends will be from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., Tuesday, August 27, 2013, at Nederland Apostolic Church, 1308 South 27th Street, Nederland. Her funeral service will be 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, August 28, 2013, at Nederland Apostolic Church, with a committal service to follow at 1:30 p.m., at Anahuac Cemetery, Anahuac, under the direction of Broussard’s, 505 North 12th Street, Nederland.
