W "Ginn" J Mouton
June 8, 1931 - August 25, 2013
W. J. “Ginn” Mouton, 82, of Anahuac, died Sunday, August 25,
2013, at The Arboretum of Winnie. He was born on June 8, 1931, in Crowley,
Louisiana, to Belzie Fritz Mouton and Jules Mouton, and was a longtime resident
of the Anahuac area. Ginn worked as an iron
worker in the construction industry and was a member of Iron Workers Local 84
in Houston.
Survivors include his wife of fifty-eight years, Barbara
Nell Mouton; sons, James Trahan of Morse, Louisiana; Floyd Mouton and Lloyd Mouton, both of Crowley, Louisiana; Steve Rhidenour, of
Groesbeck; Shannon Mouton of Winnie; Jamey Mouton of Mont Belvieu; and Joseph Mouton of Wallisville; daughters,
Tammy Fontenot of Anahuac and Misty Clark of Vidor; numerous grandchildren;
great-grandchildren; nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
He is preceded in death by his parents; and sons, Dudley
Mouton and Ricky Mouton.
A gathering of Mr. Mouton’s family and friends will be from
5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m, with his funeral service at 6:00 p.m., Monday, August
26, 2013, at Broussard’s, 134 West Buccaneer Drive, Winnie. His committal will be at Broussard’s
Crematorium, Beaumont.
