Kenneth “Kenny” Wilson, 50, of Beaumont, died Friday, August 16, 2013. He was born in Houma, Louisiana, on July 16, 1963, and adopted by Barbara Rollins Wilson and L.W. Wilson.
Survivors include his father, L.W. Wilson; brothers, Phillip Picau and Perry Picau; half-sisters, Angelia Gates, Jewell Gates, Wanda Gey, and Tracy Kelley; and aunt, Joan Alba.
He is preceded in death by his mother, Barbara Wilson.
A gathering of Mr. Wilson’s family and friends will be from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., Sunday, August 18, 2013, at Broussard’s, 2000 McFaddin Avenue, Beaumont. His funeral service will be 2:00 p.m., Monday, August 19, 2013, at St. Stephen’s Episcopal Church, 4090 Delaware Street, Beaumont, with interment to follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Park, Beaumont.
