Anthony P. Cicero, Sr., 80, of Beaumont, died Wednesday, July 24, 2013, at Christus Hospital St. Elizabeth, Beaumont. He was born on August 19, 1932, in Beaumont, to Angelina Barranco Cicero and Charles Anthony Cicero. Mr. Cicero worked as a manager for the United States Postal Service and previously served in the United States Coast Guard.
He is survived by his wife, Jeannette Cicero; daughters, Sulinda Mahana and her husband, M.D. and Lisa Albanese and her husband, Eldon; son, Anthony Cicero, Jr.; grandchildren, Morgan Mahana, Megan Mahana, and Audrey Albanese, all of Beaumont; brother, Joe Perez and his wife, Margot, of San Antonio; and close friends, The Uncapher Family.
A gathering of Mr. Cicero’s family and friends will be from 5:30 p.m. until 7:30 p.m., with a Rosary recited at 6:30 p.m., Friday, July 26, 2013, at Broussard’s, 2000 McFaddin Avenue, Beaumont. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:30 a.m., Saturday, July 27, 2013, at St. Anne Catholic Church, 2715 Calder, Beaumont, with interment to follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Park, Beaumont.
