Donald J. Boden, Sr.

Donald J. Boden, Sr., 77, of Broaddus, died Monday, July 22, 2013. He was born on September 9, 1935, to Victoria and John Boden, in Beaumont. Donald was a veteran of the United States Army. Before retiring, he was employed for many years as a Maintenance Supervisor with Ameripol-Synpol, Port Neches.

Donald is survived by his companion, Frances Fletcher; son, Jerald Boden, Jr.; daughters, Tammy Cole and her husband, Charles and Toshia Robustelli and her husband, Gerry, all of Nederland; Frances’ children, Bobby Fletcher and his wife, Peggy, Kenny Fletcher; Tamra Waghorn and her husband, Mike, all of Nederland; and Todd Fletcher and his wife, Ann, of Port Neches; grandchildren, Evan Boden; Jamie Cole Reynolds and her husband, Alan; A.J. Cole; Chelsea Stansbury and her husband, Blake; Lance Corporal Michael Robustelli; Chelsea Fletcher; Holden Fletcher; Hunter Fletcher; Michael Waghorn, Jr. and his wife, Kerby; Justin Waghorn; Bryan Fletcher; and Jamey Fletcher; great-grandchildren, Ronan Fletcher and Rylee Waghorn; sisters, Betty Ishee and Maybelle  Busceme; and many other loving family and friends.

He is preceded in death by his parents; and eleven brothers and sisters.

A gathering of Mr. Boden’s family and friends will be from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., Thursday, July 25, 2013, at Broussard’s, 505 North 12th Street, Nederland. A graveside service for Mr. Boden will be 10:00 a.m., Friday, July 26, 2013, at Davis Cemetery of Beulah Springs, Kirbyville.
