Clara Bell Barrow, 90, of Winnie, died Monday, June 17, 2013, at Harbor Hospital Southeast Texas, Beaumont. She was born on September 18, 1922, in Beaumont, Texas to Lillie Payton Dailey and John Dailey and had been a long time resident of the area.

Clara is survived by her loving and devoted husband of seventy-two years and nine months, Numie Barrow of Winnie’ daughters, Darlene Hanna and her husband, Charles of Winnie and Patricia Barrow of Beaumont; grandchildren, Joe Dunigan and his wife, Paula; Brian Dunigan and his wife, Rebecca; CharLee Hanna Rule and her husband, Mark; Holly Hoffpauir and her husband, Koby; and Brandi Heinz and her husband, Corey; great-grandchildren, Aubrey Wilkerson, Jo Lee Dunigan, Blane Dunigan, Brett Rule, Allyn Rule, Jax Rule, Helen Heinz, and Preston Hoffpauir; and numerous family members and friends.

A gathering of Mrs. Barrow’s family and friends was from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., Tuesday, June 18, 2013, at Broussard’s, 134 West Buccaneer Drive, Winnie. Her funeral service will be 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, June 19, 2013, at Broussard’s, Winnie with interment to follow at Fairview Cemetery, Winnie.
