Barbara Kimbrough, 81, of Beaumont, died Friday, March 22, 2013, at Calder Woods, Beaumont. A native and lifelong resident of Beaumont, she was born on August 14, 1931, to Mildred Busbee McGee and Byron McGee. She was a retired bookkeeper in the finance department at Lamar University.
Survivors include her daughters, Karen Latta and her husband, Michael, of LaBelle and Kathy Abouhalkah and her husband, Yusha, of Spring; grandchildren, Melissa Gaus and her husband, David; Chris Latta and his wife, Angie; Rob De Los Reyes and his wife, Michelle; and Rick De Los Reyes and his wife, Danielle; and seven great-grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her parents; and husband, Clyde Kimbrough.
A graveside service for Mrs. Kimbrough will be 11:00 a.m., Monday, March 25, 2013, at Magnolia Cemetery, 2291 Pine Street, Beaumont, under the direction of Broussard’s, 1605 North Major Drive, Beaumont.
