Kenneth Henry Clingaman, 91, of Virginia, died Wednesday, January 9, 2013. He was born on February 2, 1921, in Indiana, to Bessie Whitney and Samuel Clingaman. Kenneth served in the United States Navy and later became a salesman.
Survivors include his children, Jackie Holmes and her husband, Lyle Jr, of Mt. Jackson Virginia; and Jon Clingaman, Sr of Orange; grandchildren, Lyle Holmes III; Christina Holmes; Stanley Holmes; Jon Clingaman Jr; Jeffrey Clingaman; and Blake Clingaman; numerous great-grandchildren; and daughters-in-law, Jeannie Ross Clingaman of Silsbee and Michelle Clingaman of Orange.
A gathering of Mr. Clingaman’s family and friends will begin at 12:00 p.m., with his funeral service at 2:00 p.m., Monday, January 14, 2013, at Broussard’s, 490 Cemetery Road, Silsbee. His interment will follow at Resthaven Cemetery, Silsbee.
