Chad Keith Craigen, 48, of Buna, died Thursday, December 6, 2012. He was born on August 4, 1964, in Beaumont, to Beatrice Moore Craigen and Forrest Craigen, Sr., and had been a resident of Buna for the past twelve years. Chad was in the last graduating class from Forest Park High School.
Survivors include his wife, Heidi Craigen; parents, Beatrice and Forrest Craigen of Beaumont; brothers, Mark Craigen and his wife, Tammy, of Buna and Scott Craigen and Heather Trahan, of Beaumont; nieces, Chere Craigen, Kasey Craigen, Amber King, Tori Varing, and Valerie Varing; nephews, Scott Craigen, Jr. and Forrest Craigen III; great-nephew, Aidan Erik Reeves; and great-niece, Aurora Brylee Craigen.
A gathering of Mr. Craigen’s family and friends will begin at 10:00 a.m., with his funeral service to follow at 2:00 p.m., Monday, December 10, 2012, at Broussard’s, 1605 North Major Drive, Beaumont, with interment to follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Park, Beaumont.
