George Wayne Carter, 54, of Beaumont, died Friday, November 30, 2012. He was born on April 19, 1958, in Many, Louisiana, to Alice Brown Carter and Isaac Clyde Carter, and was a resident of Beaumont since 1989.
Survivors include his wife, Tammie Carter; son, Chris Carter of Beaumont; mother, Alice Carter; and numerous brothers and sisters.
He is preceded in death by his father.
A graveside service for Mr. Carter will be 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, December 4, 2012, at Oak Grove Cemetery, 115 Oak Grove Road, Hornbeck, Louisiana under the direction of Broussard’s, 1605 North Major Drive, Beaumont.
