William Hollyfield, 45, of Silsbee, died Saturday, September 29, 2012, in Silsbee. He was born on September 7, 1967, to Dolly Jenkins and Hannon Rufus Hollyfield, and had been a lifelong resident of the area. William worked as an operator for Jasper Newton Electric Company.
Survivors include his children, Tabatha Hollyfield of Lumberton, Logan Hollyfield, Coy Hollyfield, and Landen Hollyfield, all of Silsbee; mother of his children, Margaret Hollyfield; mother, Dolly Hollyfield of Silsbee; brother, John Phillip Hollyfield of Silsbee; and his mother-in-law, Nancy J. Brown of Lumberton.
He is preceded in death by his father, Hannon Rufus Hollyfield; and father-in-law, James P. Brown.
A gathering of Mr. Hollyfield’s family and friends will be from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., Tuesday, October 2, 2012, at Broussard’s, 490 Cemetery Road, Silsbee. His funeral service will be 4:00 p.m., Wednesday, October 3, 2012, at Broussard’s, with interment to follow at Franks Branch Cemetery, Fred.
