Mary Elizabeth Brown, 80, of Lumberton died Monday, April 16, 2012, at Christus Hospital St. Elizabeth, Beaumont. She was born May 13, 1931, in Saratoga, to Rannie Roberta (Trahan) and Fred Murel Parker. A lifelong area resident, she was a homemaker.
Survivors include her children, Sammy Murel Brown and his wife, Carlin, Jule Brown and his wife, Barbara, and Charlotte Ann Jones and her husband, George; grandchildren, Elijah Brown, Elizabeth Cole, Ashley Revia, and George Jones, Jr., and five great-grandchildren.
Her graveside service will be 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, April 18, 2012, at Village Mills Cemetery, Hwy. 69, Village Mills, Texas, under the direction of Broussard’s in Kountze
