Floyd Burl McSpadden IV, 29, of Village Mills, died on March 29, 2012 due to injuries received in an automobile accident. Floyd was born February 14, 1983 in Georgetown, Texas to Floyd Burl and Sheila (Pickering) McSpadden III. A resident of the Village Mills area for the past ten years, he was a landscaper.
Floyd is survived by his wife, Monica Cooke McSpadden; his daughter, Kylie McSpadden; his father, Floyd Burl McSpadden III and his wife Rachel of Village Mills; his mother, Sheila Pickering of Houston; step-sons, Shawn O’Reilly and Brailynn Broom; his sister, LaTanya Dison of Houston; his grandmother, Lillian McSpadden of Woodville; half-brother, Robert Fortenberry; half-sisters, Stacie Holly and Kayla Glover; numerous aunts, uncles and other relatives and friends.
A graveside service will be held at 3:00 p.m. Sunday, April 1, 2012 at Lakeside Cemetery in Town Bluff under the direction of Broussard’s in Kountze.
