O. D. "Bill" Foux

O.D. “Bill” Foux, 86, of Lumberton, died Monday, March 12, 2012, at Harbor Hospice, Beaumont.
Born February 2, 1926, in Sour Lake, to Odelle Boullion Foux and Arthur Foux, Bill was a lifelong resident of the area. He was a United States Army veteran having served in World War II and was a house mover. Bill enjoyed carpentry and gardening.
Survivors include his daughters, Betty Futch and her husband, Wayne of Houston, Billie Foux of Lumberton, and Barbara Thibodeaux of Houston; step sons, Jimmy Guillory and his wife, Delores of Tyler, and Floyd Guillory and his wife, Lynda of Porter; sister, Jean Flowers and her husband, Bill of Sour Lake; twelve grandchildren; sixteen great-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren.
He is preceded in death by his parents; his wife of fifty-five years, Anne Foux; and step son, Wilbert Guillory.
A gathering of his family and friends will be from 4:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m., with a Rosary recited at 5:00 p.m., Wednesday, March 14, 2012, at Broussard’s, 1605 North Major Drive, Beaumont. His funeral service will be 3:00 p.m., Thursday, March 15, 2012, at Broussard’s, with interment to follow at China Cemetery.
