Claudia V. Jeffcoat, 75, of Spurger died Sunday, March 11, 2012, at Memorial Hermann Baptist Hospital in Beaumont.
Claudia was a lifelong resident of Spurger and was an Activity Director for nursing homes.
She is survived by her husband, Billy W. Jeffcoat, Sr.;daughter, Sandra Holcomb and her husband, Randy; son, Billy Jeffcoat, Jr. all of Spurger; daughter, Sharon Dardeau and her husband, Mitch of Woodville; grandchildren, Kelli, Blayke, Anthony, Blayne, Caleb, and Josie; great grandchildren, Reigan, Kennadi and Rylan; brother, Corbit Jones and his wife, Nita of Silsbee; and sisters, Bobbie Y’Barbo and her husband, Richard of Silsbee and Betty Granger of Beaumont.
Claudia is preceded in death by her parents, Corbit and Claudia Mae Jones; and sister, Evelyn Hoffman.
Her funeral service will be 10:00 AM Tuesday, March 13, 2012, at First Pentecostal Church of Silsbee, 1420 North 5th Street, with burial to follow at Turner Branch Cemetery in Spurger. A gathering of family and friends will be Monday, March 12, 2012, 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM at the church.
