Lillie Marie McGee Broussard, 90, of Winnie died in the early morning hours of February 29, 2012, at the Arboretum of Winnie.   She is survived by her daughter and son in law, Al and Sandy Brooks Manela of Iowa, Louisiana, and her son and daughter in law, Gene and Debbie Broussard of Fannett; grandchildren, Robert Walker, Harlan Walker, Crystal Desormeaux, Keith Credeur, Michael Hebert, Dennis Hebert, Darren Hebert, Connie Guidry, Stacie Graham, Jodie McAdams, Ryan Brooks, Brandy Simon, Joseph (R.J.) Brooks, Jordan Manela, Brandon Broussard and Travis Broussard; great-grandchildren, Tammie Walker, Craig Walker, Christopher Walker, Megan Walker, Misty Walker, Kimberly Lewis, Josh Barrow, Kassy Aiena, James Nugent, David Credeur, Amber Blanchard, Crystal Mooney, Brittney Hebert, Jimmy Hebert, Melyssa Hebert, Luke Hebert, Olivia Hebert, Lacy Guidry, Miranda Guidry, Dylan Guidry, Madison McAdams, Skylor McAdams, Tyler Brooks, Taylor Brooks, Kaden Brooks, Austin Sonnier, Cameron Simon, Ja’Den Thibodeaux, Brendon Broussard, Breanna Broussard and Alex Broussard; great-great-grandchildren, Caleb Barrow, Alexis Conner, Tanner Conner, Jasmine Barrow, Jessica Barrow, Alyssa Lundmark, Taylor Fregia, Skeet Blanchard, Nathan Mooney, Landon Mooney, Cameron Mooney and Rylan Holderman; and numerous family and friends.   Lillie was preceded in death by her loving husband of 62 years, Murphy Broussard; daughters, Judy Walker Havard, Jackie Hebert, and Elaine Miller; and grandson, Kevin Hebert.  

Her funeral service will be 10:00 a.m. Friday morning, March 2, 2012, at Broussard’s, 134 W. Buccaneer Drive, in Winnie with burial to follow at Fairview cemetery. A gathering of her family and friends will be from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Thursday evening, March 1, 2012, at Broussard’s.
