Eldridge B. Knight, 84, of Beaumont, died Saturday, February 25, 2012, at The Oaks at Beaumont.
Born April 27, 1927, in Yantis, Texas to Maude D. Ayers Knight and Olen B. Knight, he retired as district manager with Nabisco and was a United States Coast Guard veteran.
Survivors include his wife, Bobbie Knight of Beaumont; son, Gordon Knight and his wife, Judy of Sachie; step-son, Don Hansen and his wife, Deborah of Fannett; grandchildren, Jennifer Lyons and her husband, Robert of Bevil Oaks and Keenan Knight of Arlington; and great grandchildren, Justin Lyons and Matthew Lyons.
A gathering of his family and friends will be from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. Monday, February 27, 2012, at Broussard’s, 1605 North Major Drive, Beaumont.
