Patsy L. Johnson

Patsy L. Johnson, 61, of Beaumont, passed away, Friday, February 17, 2012, at Baptist Hospitals of Southeast Texas, Beaumont.

A native and lifelong resident of Beaumont, she was born January 1, 1951, to Mattie Lou Fowler and William Gilchriest. Patsy was an office manager with Mike Smith Collision Center.

Survivors include her husband, Joe Johnson of Beaumont; daughter, D’Anna Stelly of Beaumont; step-son, Joey Johnson of Alexandria, Louisiana; her great aunt, Grandma Barclay; and numerous cousins and extended family.

She is preceded in death by her brother, Billy Gilchriest.

A gathering of her family and friends will be from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m., Sunday, February 19, 2012, at Broussard’s, 1605 North Major Drive, Beaumont. Her funeral service will be 11:00 a.m., Monday, February 20, 2012, at Broussard’s, with interment to follow at Oak Bluff Memorial Park, Port Neches.
