Dorothy Smiderski, 71, of Winnie, died on February 10, 2012, at the Winnie Community Hospital.
A native of Chicago, Illinois, she was born on June 17, 1940 to Alexander Hardt and Lillian Olsen. Dorothy lived in the Winnie area since 1994.
Mrs. Smiderski is survived by her sons, James Cox and his wife, Bonita, William Cox and his wife, Bridget, all of Stowell; her daughters, Dottie Ruhl and her husband, Barry, of Wausau, Wisconsin, Karen Lincoln and her husband, Crockett, Joanna Clay and her husband, Stephen Rilant, all of Winnie, Beth Falke and her husband, Robin, of Anahuac; Cynthia Miller and her husband, Kyle, of Fannett, Heather Lantz and her husband, Mark, of Linderhurst, Illinois; grandchildren, Lester David Perrin, Jr., Brian Alexander Perrin, Chirstopher Charles Cox, Alex Marshall Lincoln, Kyle Lantz, Brayton Alexander Lantz, Lacey Marie Cox, William Carrol Loftin, Cheyanne Lynn Cox, Brooklynn Clay, Breanna Clay, Braden LeBlanc, Colleen Traywick, Damian Soileau, Anita Falke, Jennifer Falke, Autumn Ruhl, and Cassandra Ruhl; great grandsons, David Austin Warthen, Gavin James Perrin, Noah Michal Perrin, Blaine Alexander Perrin, Steven Wilson, and Andrew Bedford; brothers, Alexander Hardt of Phoenix, Arizona, William Hardt and his wife, Peggy, of Morgantown, North Carolina; and a host of other family members and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents, and her grandchild, Erica Cox.
Cremation was through Broussard’s in Winnie.
