Ann Perkins Smith, 75, of Beaumont died Thursday, January 26, 2012, at her residence. 

 

She was born July 22, 1936, in Adamsville, Tennessee, to Pauline Elizabeth Plunk and James Robert Milligan, and had been a longtime resident of Beaumont.  She was a retired independent insurance broker.

 

Survivors include her husband, Bobby D. Smith of Beaumont; daughter, Debi Littlefield and her husband, David of Kirbyville; stepsons, Dr. Charles E. Smith of New York and Mark Smith and his wife, Denise of Beaumont; step-daughter, Cheramie Moore of Simonton, Texas; grandson, Jacob Dominick and his wife, Brittney; step-granddaughters, Amanda and Allison Smith; step-grandson, Zach Smith; great grandson, Dillon Dominick; brothers, Bobby Milligan and his wife, Peggy of Panama City, Florida, Billy Milligan and his wife, Catherine of Memphis, Tennessee; and Danny Milligan and his wife, Pat of Daytona Beach, Florida; and sister, Nancy McDaniel and her husband, Phil of Dallas.

 

She is preceded in death by her parents; and brother, Jimmy Milligan.

 

A gathering of her family and friends will be from 4:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m., Saturday, January 28, 2012, at Broussard’s, 1605 North Major Drive, Beaumont.  Her funeral service will be 1:00 p.m. Sunday, January 29, 2012, at Wesley United Methodist Church, 3810 North Major Drive, Beaumont with entombment to follow at Greenlawn Memorial Park, Groves.
