Helen Aliene Boyett, 73, of Devers, died Saturday, January 21, 2012, at Christus Hospital St. Elizabeth, Beaumont. She was born in Beaumont, on September 10, 1938, to Marie Martin Johnson and Patrick Johnson.
Survivors include her son, Jon Paul Boyett and his wife, Kelly of Devers; daughter, Rebecca Villarreal and her husband, Eduardo of League City; eight grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; brother, Pat Johnson; and sister, Lee Kelly.
She is preceded in death by her parents; her husband of fifty-six years, James R. Boyett, Sr.; and son, James “Jim” Roy Boyett, Jr.
Her funeral service will be 10:00 a.m., Friday, January 27, 2012, at Broussard’s, 2000 McFaddin Avenue, with a graveside service to follow at 2:00 p.m. at Gravell Hill Cemetery, Hemphill, under the direction of Broussard’s.
