Janell "Me Maw" Locke Lang

Janell Locke (Me Maw) Lang, 79, of Nederland, died Tuesday, January 10, 2012, at the Medical Center of Southeast Texas in Port Arthur. Born April 2, 1932, in Corrigan to Cleo Crecelius Locke and Jess Locke, she was a resident of the area for over fifty years.
Janell is survived by her children, Carroll Waymond Lang and his wife, Julie, Steven Jay Lang and his wife, Tina and LaNell Kebodeaux and her husband, Chris; grandchildren, David Lang and his wife, Angela, Michael Lang and his wife, Morgan, Cameron Lang, Greg Lang, Kelly Lang, Krista Bourque and her husband Garrett, Kourtney Kebodeaux and Devon Kebodeaux; great grandchildren, Easton Lang and Madalyn Lang; brother, Jesse Locke, Jr.; and sisters, Martha Tarver and LaJoyce Watts.
She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Eddie Carroll Lang; three brothers; and two sisters.
A gathering of her family and friends will be from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., Friday, January 13, 2012, at Broussard’s, 505 North 12th Street, Nederland. Her graveside service will be 2:00 p.m. Saturday, January 14, 2012, at Union Springs Cemetery, Union Springs Road, Corrigan, under the direction of Broussard’s.
